1. You represent a public (not a school) library -- accessible to the general public and funded by public sources -- and you are purchasing on their behalf.
2. You will not give or lend the DVDs or streaming licenses you purchase with this discount to any other institutions.
3. You will use the DVDs purchased with the discount only for the license you select at checkout (e.g. circulation only copies will only be put into your collection for circulation and will not be screened).
4. If you purchase a public screening license and screen the DVD in your library, you will not charge admission for such screenings.
5. You will not lend the DVDs purchased with this discount to other organizations to host screenings outside of the library, unless explicit permisson is obtained from the Media Education Foundation. (It is acceptable for the library to collaborate with another organization to host a screening in the library.)
